How long are you usually sitting at a desk staring at a glowing screen?
If you are reading this, probably many hours each day at your office. We all know that physical ailments arise from extended sitting! Maybe for you, those ailments show up as tightness around your shoulders, tension in your lower back, or your neck.
It could be that prolonged sitting makes you feel sluggish and heavy. Maybe you are dealing with this annoying brain fog, which is not helpful when you are trying to complete the project at hand.
Whatever it is for you—here’s a 25-minute yoga practice that I’ve created that can offset those symptoms!
A few benefits of this yoga session:

And, if you’re crunched for time, don’t feel like you need to complete the whole sequence. You will still benefit from working through a few choice postures that seem right for how your body feels right now.
Give this sequence a shot—and let me know how it goes. As always, enjoy the practice!
If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments. I am happy to get back to you as soon as I can.
*Please keep in mind, this sequence is created for people who have done yoga before and who have no severe or acute injuries.
