This detox is made if you aim for a lighter feel, moving with ease, more energy, and a clear head.

I will teach you how to prepare specific meals and use many spices to give your GI tract a gentle yet effective cleanse. 

Simple, small meals alongside specially crafted digestive teas will boost your digestive power. The ingredients are carefully selected to help ‘burn off’ congestion and some of that pesky, unwanted fat lingering in your body tissues.

This might involve fat circulating in your bloodstream (LDL) or simply sitting on your hips and belly.

You will be in Great Company 

This is a group detox. Going through a cleanse and a new habit-forming phase with like-minded friends is much easier and more fun.

We will be able to communicate on WhatsApp. Here, you can ask questions, show off a picture of a meal you made, or cheer each other on.

Our group will have a few cleanse “repeaters”; they will be happy to support you if this is your first time.

HEADS UP: We will meet LIVE ( via Zoom) on April 4th for a meet-and-greet and orientation. It is best if you go shopping BEFORE Saturday and arrange some help (with the kids or usual chores around the house) to enjoy TIME FOR YOURSELF during the detox.
